Union Graduate College Office Student ID and Campus Parking Permits

You must first be registered for a class to obtain a Student ID and parking permit.

To be issued a Student ID:
  1. Register for Union Graduate College classes by completing the Union Graduate College Course Registration form and delivering it to the Lamont Admission’s Office. You If you have not already completed a registration form, you can access the course registration form using the link above.
  2. Submit a completed form called “Permission to Release Educational Information to Union College” to the Lamont Admissions Office.
To obtain a Union College campus parking permit:
  1. No sooner than the first day of classes, visit the Union College Campus Safety Office (located at College Park Hall (518) 388-6358) to have your student photo taken. Appointments are HIGHLY recommended.
  2. Complete a Student Vehicle Registration form.
  3. Bring your student ID, vehicle registration and Student Vehicle Registration form to the Union College Campus Safety Office accompanied by your permit payment of $15 per calendar year. Checks should be made payable to: Union College.
