 More and more employers are expecting to see internships listed on the resumes of potential employees. Alumni - Elizabeth Smith-Boivin
Our UGC graduate intern has been an asset to the Center. Not only is he very bright and insightful, he understands the importance of ongoing organizational analysis as it relates to continuous quality improvement. For that reason, I had him assist me with an analysis of the organizational and leadership dynamics here at the NRC. He made many helpful observations and assisted me in making recommendations, which were later accepted by hospital administration and are currently being operationalized.
