Union Graduate School Student Health Care Insurance:
Health insurance is required for full-time (2 courses or more per term) students through Gallagher Koster Insurance. You must enroll or waive (if you have comparable insurance) your first term and then again annually.

If you are going to the web to enroll/waive out of insurance and the correct form is not there the open enrollment/waiver period has passed. Please email the following individuals to get you enrolled administratively. Waivers will require a petition at a designated date TBD each term.
