1 p.m. - Buffet Luncheon*
*Please note that the exact timing of the luncheon depends on the amount of players and the time necessary to complete play. Please schedule the remainder of your day with flexibility, if possible.

Additional Information:
In order to assist deserving and qualified graduate students, all proceeds from this year's event will benefit Union Graduate College's student scholarship fund.

Pricing & Sponsorship Information:

Gold Level ($3,000)

• A $2,500 student scholarship will be awarded in the Fall of 2011 (Donors may name the scholarship, choose program designation, and will be invited to our student scholarship dinner)
• 4 golfers (includes greens fees, motorized cart, continental breakfast, buffet luncheon, and drink ticket)
• Name on hole of choice
• Opportunity to make remarks during luncheon
• Name on website, program and in newsletter
• Ability to distribute promotional company materials
• Tax deductible portion - $2,700 

Silver Level ($1,500)

• A $1,000 student scholarship will be awarded in the Fall of 2011 (Donors may choose program designation and will be invited to our student scholarship dinner)
• 4 golfers (includes greens fees, motorized cart, continental breakfast, buffet luncheon, and drink ticket)
• Name on hole
• Name on website, program, and in newsletter
• Ability to distribute promotional company materials
• Tax deductible portion - $1,200

Bronze Level ($750)

• 4 golfers (includes greens fees, motorized cart, continental  breakfast, buffet luncheon, and drink ticket)
• Name on hole
• Name on website, program, and in newsletter
• Tax deductible portion - $450

Single Player Registration ($125)

• Includes greens fees, motorized cart, continental breakfast, buffet luncheon, and drink ticket
• Tax deductible portion - $50

Student Registration ($50)

• Includes greens fees, motorized cart, continental breakfast, buffet luncheon and drink ticket
• LIMITED TO THE FIRST 30 STUDENTS WHO REGISTER

Note: There are a limited set of clubs available for rental from Eagle Crest Golf Club. If you require clubs, you MUST notify Natalia Kutzer upon registration. Clubs will not be available for rent the day of, and sharing of clubs is NOT allowed.

Registration Process:

Please read the following information carefully!

1.) If you are sponsoring, choose sponsorship level (Gold, Silver, Bronze) then select "Sponsor" for each player (up to 4 are included with your sponsorship)
If you are NOT sponsoring, choose N/A, then choose “Student” OR "Single Player" for each player

2.) Indicate whether or not you would like your registrants to stay together as a foursome

3.) If paying by credit card, enter billing information and click "Submit"
If paying by check (made payable to Union Graduate College) or cash, click "Check/Cash" then "Submit"
